At this very historic moment in the history of mankind, Mr. Armstrong had just hopped off his Lunar Landing Module, and man stepped on the moon for the first time.
Billions of dollars were spent to venture beyond our own planet, using technology that pre-dated laptops and cell phones. This was 40 years ago, but we haven’t been back since.
Some have gone as far as to suggest the whole thing was a hoax; a clever marketing scam for the West to beat the Russians. I never pass judgment on these kinds of issues, but I certainly have fun with them…
The coke can is accurate for the 1960s, and I figured it would be the ideal clue that this whole thing is, indeed, a fabrication and a hoax.
